The Medi-Pak Hot Wheat Long is filled with treated Australian wheat and designed to provide soothing heat therapy for everyday aches and pains. Its long shape makes it ideal for use across the shoulders, back, joints and abdomen.

Heat in microwave for 1 minute going up by 20 second intervals until desired heat is reached. Place onto dry clean surface only. Replace wheat pack every 12 months or if contaminated or has become wheat replace immediately.
