Returns Window (14 Days)
You may return goods within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Refunds are only granted for faulty products.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase
• A clear photo showing the problem/defect

• Faulty items must be assessed under the above requirements to process the refund.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
Change of mind returns are accepted only if:

• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is unopened

• If the item is opened, refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping / Freight Costs
Any shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
