Our Story
Medi-Ice Pak is family owned and operated. The brand began with a need: founder Tom Hope, a pharmacist, injured himself and experienced headaches. Looking for a drug-free alternative, he developed the gel mask, which launched the company and earned the Prince Philip Innovation Award.
Today, the business is led by Tom’s daughters Amanda and Melissa, with CEO Anthony Greer guiding the team.

We operate our own 1,500 sqm manufacturing facility in Salisbury, Brisbane, where 95% of our stock is made in Australia. This means you can rely on consistent quality and reliable availability.
