The Medi-Pak Canvas Maxi Pak delivers effective hot and cold therapy to help relieve pain, reduce swelling and support recovery. Ideal for sports injuries, muscle aches, arthritis, back pain and everyday discomfort.

Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in the freezer. Insert into cover. Place on the affected area.

Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.

Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.
