The Medi-Pak Teddy is a reusable hot and cold gel pack designed for little ones. Ideal for soothing bumps, bruises, aches and minor injuries at home, school or on the go.

Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in the freezer. Insert into cover. Place on the affected area.

Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.

Discard if punctured.
Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.
Do not heat in the microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.
Excessive heating may cause it to rupture or leak.
