The Medi-Pak Small Gel Pack with Cover is a reusable hot and cold pack designed to help relieve pain, reduce swelling and support recovery. Ideal for sports injuries, muscle aches, headaches, arthritis and period pain, with a protective cover included for comfortable application.

Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in the freezer. Insert into cover. Place on the affected area.

Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Alternatively, place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.
