Bundle of 100 size 10cm x 14cm Sheet

Triple layer tough to tear

Hydrate- Freeze , Chill- Apply- Discard

Absorbent Mini cells soak in clean water until cells have risen and are firm to touch.

Wipe dry and place in freezer for as long as possible minimum 1 hour.

Insert into cover

Application:

Apply to injured area for 20 minutes at a time

For Sport and Other Injuries

• R – Rest, stop activity and rest
• I – Ice, apply Medi-Pak for up to 20 minutes
• C – Compression, light compression may help to relieve pain
• E – Elevation, is most effective when the injured area is supported above the heart.

Cold Therapy can be applied and removed in 20-minute rotations for up to 48-72 hrs if merited.
